Led by Co Chairs Steve Smith and Barbara Mayaire, Full Phase Council brings together representatives from each Riding, the local authority, Schools Forum and other education partners. It provides a coordinated secondary perspective on the key issues affecting Surrey’s schools, leaders and young people.
